PRODUCT RETURN / REFUND POLICY

VERIFIED PUCHASES VIA THE GROWLERWERKS WEBSITE:

GrowlerWerks does not accept returns or exchanges from verified purchases unless the uKeg is in the original condition (in original box with all packaging intact), unused, and is shipped back (at purchaser's expense) in the original box.

Due to food safety concerns, we are unable to accept or issue refunds for any uKegs returned that have been used and/or removed from the original packaging. Once an unused uKeg has been returned, we will thoroughly inspect the uKeg and issue a full refund per our discretion. We will confirm issue of a purchase price refund to the original form of payment via email within 5 business days of receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
