CRAFT COCKTAIL: GIN MINT

Ah, spring is in the air and it's time to start thinking about all of those refreshing, cold, carbonated craft cocktails to enjoy as the weather warms and the skies clear. 

In the spirit of celebration, we collaborated with New Deal Distillery and Coalition Brewing to bring you our own special take on the classic Mojito. Th Gin Mint features a wildly fresh combination of Gin,  fresh Mint, Lime, and  Two Flowers CBD infused IPA!

Read Below To Learn The Detailed Process of making a GIN MINT 

Ingredients:

• 1 - uKeg 128 Copper
• 25 oz - New Deal Distillery Gin No. 1
• 103 Oz - Two Flowers CBD infused IPA by Coalition Brewing
• Fresh Mint
• The uKeg™ Infuser
• Fresh Lime

GIN MINT - uKeg128 Copper Step-By-Step Instructions:

1. Measure 25 ounces of New Deal Distilling Gin No. 1
2. Pour measurements into uKeg 128. 
   
3. Fill the rest of the uKeg™ (103 ounces) with Coalition's Two Flowers CBD infused IPA 
4. Stir.
5. Charge the cap with CO2.  Using a 16-gram cartridge ensures you’ll have enough CO2 to carbonate and dispense.  Click Here To Purchase Your Box Of CO2
6. Rip fresh mint by hand and fill the Infuser. (with the cap still off the uKeg)
7. Place Infuser top back onto the Infuser
8. Hang the Infuser from the bottom of your uKeg cap sleeve.
9. Place the cap on the uKeg and turn the pressure up to 10 psi. 
10. Let the mint infuse for 12 hours. 
11. Grab a chilled glass
12. Pour, sip, repeat! 

** For added flavor and sweetness, add some fresh local honey to your glass!

NOTE: DO NOT ADD THE HONEY DIRECTLY INTO YOUR uKEG!! IT WILL CLOG THE SYSTEM**
