CRAFT COCKTAIL: BLIND SQUEEZE

Tis the season for family, friends, and most of all: Celebration!

Inspired by our recent 12 Days of Cocktails event, we wanted to try our hand at creating the perfect drink for your Holiday toast. And as a company that was "crafted for beer," we love it when we are able to combine the liquor world with our first love.  This brought us to our discovery of Indio Hopka Hop Liqueur by Rose City Distilling and the creation of our "Blind Squeeze"

By pairing Indio Hopka Hop Liqueur with Brut Champagne (we used Sugura Viudes), freshly squeezed lime juice, and simple syrup we created a bubbly concoction that is sure to add a kick to your holiday spirit!

Ingredients:

Blind Squeeze- uKeg 64 Step-By-Step Instructions:

  1. Pour entire bottle of Indio Hopka Hop Liqueur, 28 ounces of Champagne, 6 ounces of lime juice and 5 ounces of simple syrup into a uKeg™  64. Then stir.

  3. Grab your glass (preferably chilled)
  4. Sugar coat the rim
  5. Pour
  6. Enjoy!

NOTE:

Our in-house, professional, bartender recommends adding cranberry juice and garnishing with frozen cranberries for extra flavor!
