Craft Cocktail: Vintage Gimlet

July 24, 2017

With the Summer season in full swing, we were determined to find a place that could offer us all of the amenities necessary for a classic summer vacation. We were day dreaming of camping, BBQing, swimming, wine-tasting, and of course drinking from our uKegs. The search lead us straight to The Vintages Trailer Resort in the heart of Oregon Wine country!

Leading up to the trip, we got our hands on a small-batch gin from Heritage Distilling Company based out of Eugene, OR and decided it would probably come in handy... We were right.

After spending all day in the sun and summer time heat we needed something extra refreshing so we grabbed our gin and made a classic gimlet to help us cool off and wind down.

Read below to learn details for making the Vintage Gimlet.

Ingredients:

The Amazonian Eve- uKeg 64 Step-By-Step Instructions:

  2. Charge the cap using an 8-gram cartridge. This ensures you’ll have enough CO2 to keep it carbonated!  Click Here To Purchase Your Box Of CO2.

  4. Fill with ice
  5. Pour.
  6. Garnish with a Basil Leaf
  7. Enjoy!
