HUMP DAY GETAWAY: No. 10

IT ALL STARTED ON AN EXCEPTIONALLY WARM SUMMER MORNING IN PORTLAND, OREGON.

In an effort to promote the wanderlust nature of our uKeg, we have partnered with Jrrny Travel to bring you our addition of the GrowlerWerks Blog called: Hump Day Getaway.

We had been itching for summer weather to lift us out of a cloudy spring, after a brutal winter, and this weekend was going to deliver some much-needed Vitamin D. 

At 6 A.M. we met up to pack the van. We grabbed all of the essentials: blankets, towels, board shorts, wetsuits, two surfboards, our Yeti cooler, backpacks full of camera equipment, and of course our uKegs. We were heading out for a day on the coast and we wanted to make the most of the weather.

We pulled up to Cosube surf shop around 6:30 AM to get some last minute gear. The shop itself is way more than your standard surf/boardsport storefront.
