DAY 1
Here We Go Wassailin’

On the 1st day of cocktails the uKeg gave to me:
Here We Go Wassailin’
This cocktail features:
uKeg 128
96oz apple cider
2 cinnamon stick
2 whole nutmeg, cracked
2 clove
1oz hibiscus flowers
Zest of 1/2 orange
1/4 cup brown sugar
16 Oz dark rum
Bring 16oz of water to a boil, add spices, hibiscus, and zest. Boil for five minutes, then turn off heat and allow to steep for 30 minutes. Strain. Add brown sugar, stirring to dissolve. Add spiced syrup mixture, rum, and cider to uKeg. Carbonate and serve.
DAY 2
Muletide Greetings

On the 2nd day of cocktails the uKeg gave to me:
Muletide Greetings
This cocktail features:
uKeg 64
21 oz of Scotch
juice of 6 lemons (8 oz)
5 oz simple syrup
1 teaspoon angostura bitters
shake or stir well
33-36 oz ginger ale or ginger beer

DAY 3
Cranmerry Spritz

On the 3rd day of cocktails the uKeg gave to me:
Cranmerry Spritz
This cocktail features:
uKeg 128
21 oz Gin
8 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup
11 oz Pure unsweetened cranberry juice
84 oz (10.5 cups) Soda Water
Before beginning, ensure all ingredients are cold:
1) Mix Gin, Rosemary Simple Syrup and Cranberry Juice in a pitcher and set aside.
2) Pour half of the Soda Water into the Ukeg.
3) Pour the pitcher of Gin, Rosemary Simple Syrup and Cranberry Juice into the Ukeg.
4) Fill the Ukeg with the remaining Soda Water.
5) Gently stir the contents of the Ukeg with a long spoon.
6) Close Ukeg and pressurize between 5 & 10 PSI
7) Pour a cocktail and serve with a spritz of lemon and garnish with fresh rosemary.
DAY 4
Santa's Special Cider

On the 4th day of cocktails the uKeg gave to me:
Santa's Special Cider
This cocktail features:
uKeg 64
48oz of Apple Cider.
(Store bought and pasteurized is ok if you can’t find fresh)
8oz vodka
4oz bourbon.
4oz orange juice
2 tea spoon of pumpkin spice or to taste.
Mix all ingredients and fill ukeg. Force carbonate for 2-3 days.

DAY 5
Gingersnap White Russian - Nitro Style

On the 5th day of cocktails the uKeg gave to me:
Gingersnap White Russian - Nitro Style
This cocktail features:
uKeg Nitro (64oz)
4 gingersnap cookies, crumbled
1 tsp. honey
20 ounces coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
16 ounces vodka
4.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
18 ounces heavy cream
1. Place crumbled cookies on a plate. Rub rims of 4 glass tumblers with honey. Dip in cookie crumbs to coat.
2. Add coffee liqueur, vodka, cream and pumpkin pie spice to the uKeg Nitro. Cap, set to infuse, and shake vigorously. Pour over ice in prepared
(cookie-rimmed) glasses.

DAY 6
Cranberry Mojito

On the 6th day of cocktails the uKeg gave to me:
Cranberry Mojito
This cocktail features:
uKeg 64
18 oz white rum
16 oz cranberry simple syrup
18 oz sparkling water
8 oz lime juice
Muddle or infuse with mint
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and cranberries
Charge cap

DAY 7
Fireball Sangria

On the 7th day of cocktails the uKeg gave to me:
Fireball Sangria
This cocktail features:
uKeg 64
11 oz Fireball
11 oz Pinot Grigio
24 oz Apple cider
14 oz Seltzer
Garnish with floating apple (cubed)
Charge cap

DAY 8
London Foggy Noggin

On the 8th day of cocktails the uKeg gave to me:
London Foggy Noggin
This cocktail features:
uKeg Nitro (64 oz)
5 oz brown sugar syrup
12 oz milk
24 oz earl grey tea
10 oz London dry gin
1 tsp vanilla extract
For brown sugar syrup: heat 3/4 cup water in a saucepan. Add 3/4 cup brown sugar and stir to dissolve. Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
Mix all ingredients in a uKeg Nitro. Charge cap and shake to infuse.

DAY 9
Whiskey Apple Martini

On the 9th day of cocktails the uKeg gave to me:
Whiskey Apple Martini
This cocktail features:
uKeg 64
30 oz. Jack Daniel's Apple Whiskey
10 oz. Triple-Sec
10 oz. Vodka
10 oz filtered water
Charge cap and pour
Garnish with an apple slice

DAY 10
Jingle Ball

On the 10th day of cocktails the uKeg gave to me:
Jingle Ball
This cocktail features:
uKeg 128
40 oz pine-infused vodka
10 oz pine simple syrup
16 oz cranberry juice
8 oz lime juice
40 oz of club soda
Dispense into cocktail glass with ice and garnish of pine sprig and skewered

DAY 11
Holiday Fizz

On the 11th day of cocktails the uKeg gave to me:
Holiday Fizz
This cocktail features:
uKeg 128
40 oz gin
5 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
4 oz holiday spiced simple syrup
72 oz. hard hard pear cider
Mix all ingredients and add to uKeg 128.
Charge Cap
Serve in a rocks glass over ice. Garnished with a slice of pear.
Enjoy!
DAY 12
Coquito

On the 12th day of cocktails the uKeg gave to me:
Coquito
This cocktail features:
uKeg Nitro (64 oz)
1 3/4 cups (15 oz) Aged Dark Rum
15 oz Evaporated Milk
15 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
15 oz Cream of Coconut
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Garnish: Cinnamon Stick & Shredded Coconut
Charge cap
