A popular topic of any conversation about growlers includes laws and restrictions. In 1985, only 21 craft breweries existed in the U.S. Since then, the craft beverage industry has exploded into the glorious and diverse set of options we know and love today. And, as of recently, every state has some form of growler fill and off-premise sales statute in place for their patrons.

But how are you supposed to know which states definitely allow growler fills and which ones may be a little more ambiguous?
