Do I have to take the cap off to pour?

No. Turn the cap to the POUR position and pour through the spout.

Can it pour faster?

Yes, for a faster pour, completely remove the lid.

DOES THE ELEMENT COME IN ANY OTHER COLORS?

The ELEMENT is only available in Tungsten.

CAN I USE IT FOR HOT LIQUIDS?

Yes. Liquids up to 80C or 180F may be filled into the ELEMENT.

HOW LONG WILL THE ELEMENT KEEP THE LIQUIDS COLD or hot?

24 hours cold, 12 hours hot.

CAN THE ELEMENT BE STORED ON ITS SIDE?

Yes.

CAN THE ELEMENT BE STORED IN AN ICE COOLER?

Yes.

DOES THE ELEMENT HAVE THE SAME WARRANTY AS THE OTHER GROWLERWERKS PRODUCTS?

DO YOU HAVE A 128OZ VERSION?

The ELEMENT only comes in 64oz at this time.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CLEAN THE ELEMENT?

The ELEMENT should be cleaned properly after each use to prevent any buildup. See manual for instructions.

DO YOU SELL ANY CLEANING PRODUCTS?

Yes. You can purchase GrowlerWerks cleaning tables on our website.

CAN THE GROWLERWERKS INFUSER BE USED WITH THE ELEMENT?

Yes. You can use the infuser with the ELEMENT.
