PRODUCT RETURN / REFUND POLICY
VERIFIED PURCHASES FROM GROWLERWERKS:
GrowlerWerks does not accept returns or exchanges from verified purchases unless the uKeg is in the original condition (in original box with all packaging intact), unused, and is shipped back (at purchaser's expense) in the original box. Any acceptable returns or exchanges must be approved and issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA). For certified pre-owned, scratch and dent, refurbished, discontinued, or non-conforming product purchased directly from GrowlerWerks, returns will not be accepted as all sales are final for this classification of product. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted from any other re-sellers, including Amazon. Please contact your re-seller for refunds or exchanges.
Due to food safety concerns, we are unable to accept or issue refunds for any uKegs returned that have been used and/or removed from the original packaging. Once an unused uKeg has been returned, we will thoroughly inspect the uKeg and issue a full refund per our discretion. We will confirm issue of a purchase price refund to the original form of payment via email within 5 business days of receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you are having trouble with the functionality of your uKeg, please email us via our contact page www.growlerwerks.com/pages/customer-service-request with as much detail as possible of the perceived defect. Once we receive your email, our technical support team will gladly provide guidance, education, maintenance tips, replacement parts and pieces as needed, and/or at our discretion replace your uKeg with a refurbished uKeg as per our limited one year warranty http://www.growlerwerks.com/pages/warranty.
WHOLESALE Product return/refund Policy

As a retailer if there is any concerns regarding the function of a uKeg contact our customer service team directly www.growlerwerks.com/pages/customer-service-request and they will assist in walking you through necessary steps. Please inform your customers that any and all questions regarding the functionality of their uKeg product should be taken directly to our customer service team at www.growlerwerks.com.
As a GrowlerWerks wholesale account should you decide to issue a refund or exchange a uKeg for your retail customer instead of redirecting them to us, the repair or resale of that uKeg will become your responsibility and will not be eligible for a refund under the GrowlerWerks wholesale product return/refund policy. (If you are interested in our refurbished uKeg trade program please contact your sales representative.)
GrowlerWerks customer service team will provide guidance, education, maintenance tips, replacement parts per our limited one-year warranty and applies to product operated in the United States and purchased from an authorized seller.
